POMMARD 1er CRU This POMMARD appellation which is an international reference for the “Côte de Beaune” gives robust and prestigious wines. The hand picking in this 30 year-old vineyard allows to keep whole grapes for a long maceration and maturing during 18 months in oak barrels to fix tannins. Do not open before 5 years of age. Its ageing potential is around 15 years. You can enjoy it with roasted or grilled games meats, or matured cheese. To be served at 14-16°C.

NUITS-SAINT-GEORGES 1er CRU This Nuits-Saint-Georges” appellation very famous all around the world gives its name to the “Côte de Nuits” with wines that are well-structured, powerful and full-bodied. The hand picking in this 30 year-old vineyard allows to keep whole grapes for a long maceration and maturing during 18 months in oak barrels to fix tannins with ageing potential around 15 to 20 year. You can enjoy it with roasted beef, lamb or matured cheese. To be served at 16-18°C.
