CLOS DE VOUGEOT - GRAND CRU
This wine full of power, intense, with fine tannins, has a long mouth. The manual grape harvest in vineyards of more than 30 years of age allows to keep whole grapes for a long maceration with maturing during 18 months in oak barrels to fix tannins. Do not open before 5 years of age, its potential of ageeing is around 20 years. You can enjoy it with roasted or grilled meat as Beef, lamb, wild fowls, but also on cheese : Epoisses, Soumaintrain. To be served at 16-18°C.
