This rosé is not an usual wine in Burgundy. The low level of production (48 hl/ha)gives it a pleasant character. With its nose of red berries, and its fresh mouth, it is definitely the ideal companion of BBQ’s and spicy cooking.
Drink it young, within 4 years, at a temperature of 10 – 12 ° C.

BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR :
THE "TERROIR"

A short maceration, followed by an ageeing in vat will preserve all the characteristics of a real Pinot noir. With his red berry nose and his friendly mouth, it wishes to please all the palates and to enhance red meat and grilled or roasted poultry.

Drink it between 2 to 6 years, at a temperature of 14-16° C.

FRIENDSHIPS


This regional appellation is located on the top of the most famous Grands Crus on the Côte de Nuits. The grapes macerate during 15 days, then half matured in stainless steel vats to retain fruits, with the other half in oak barrels to fix tannins and give structure and harmony.
You can enjoy it with roasted meat or cheese.
To be served at 14-16°C.

TYPICITE


The grapes for this cuvee are harvested from vines over 20 years of age and macerated in vats for 4 to 5 weeks. Ageing during 15 months in oak barrels gives this flattering woody notes.
The complex nose evolves over the years on fruity notes, smoked, grilled spicy. The long mouth is both robust, full and silky. Its breeding allows to open it young while giving him a potential of ageeing from 8 to 10 years. Il accompanies the meats and matured cheese.
To be served at 16 to 18° C.
