MOREY-SAINT-DENIS



This village appellation between Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny is one of the smallest of the Côte de Nuits. It gives wines rightousness and generosity. The manual grape harvest in vineyards of 40 years of age is « égrappée » to extract only the fine tannins from skins.
Do not open before 5 years of age. Its potential of ageeing is about 12 years. In its youth, tannins will enhance a roastbeef and, along the years, il will taste perfectly with games or wild fowls.
Refined cheeses will find a pleasant partner in this wine.
Serve between 16 – 18° C.

CHAMBOLLE-MUSIGNY



This village appellation situated between Nuits Saint Georges and Gevrey-Chambertin gives a wine which is typical of the Côte de Nuits, silky and fresh but with a strong structure, a long mouth with powerful tannins. The manual grape harvest in vineyards of more than 30 years of age is « égrappée » to extract only the fine tannins from skins.
Do not open before 5 years of age. Its potential of ageeing is about 15 years. You can enjoy it on roast meat : Lamb, veal and chapon, and of course on cheese : Reblochon, Vacherin and Chaource.
To be served between 16-18°C.

ALOXE-CORTON



This village appellation gives one of the most powerful wines of the “Côte de Beaune” in Burgundy. This Aloxe-Corton can be aggressive when young, but it will become rounded along the years. The hand picking in this 50 year-old vineyard allows to keep whole grapes for a long maceration with maturing during 18 months in oak barrels to fix tannins with ageing potential around 15 years.
You can enjoy it with games, meats or matured cheese.
To be served at 16-14°C.

This village appellation which is an international reference for the “Côte de Beaune” gives robust and prestigious wines. The hand picking in this 30 year-old vineyard allows to keep whole grapes for a long maceration and maturing during 18 months in oak barrels to fix tannins with ageing potential around 15 years.
You can enjoy it with games meats or matured cheese.
To be served at 14-16°C

This “Nuits-Saint-Georges” appellation very famous all around the world. Its gives name to the “Côte de Nuits” with wines that are well-structured, powerful and full-bodied. The hand picking in this 30 years old vineyard allows to keep whole grapes for a long maceration and maturing during 18 months in oak barrels to fix tannins with ageing potential around 15 years.
You can enjoy it with roasted beef, lamb or matured cheese.

This village appellation is the front door of the “Côte de Nuits” Grands Crus, it gives massive and solid wines. The hand picking in this 30 year-old vineyard allows to keep whole grapes for a long maceration and maturing during 18 months in oak barrels to fix tannins with ageing potential around 15 years.
You can enjoy it with roasted beef, lamb or matured cheese.
To be served at 16-18°C.

VOSNE-ROMANEE



This village appellation from the “Côte de Nuits” is one of the most prestigious in Burgundy. Powerful and subtle, voluptuous and distinguished, this Pinot-Noir gets his fullness in the named-place “Les Maizières basses”. The hand picking in this over 30-year-old vineyard allows to keep whole grapes for a long maceration. The wine is matured during 18 months in oak barrels to fix tannins. The potential of ageing is about 20 years.
You can enjoy it with games, cheeses or a “tournedos rossini”.
To be served at 16-18°C.

Vign_17_vosne_damaudes

VOSNE-ROMANEE « Les Damaudes »



This village naming is one of the most prestigious wines in Burgundy. Poxerful, subtle, sensual and distinguished, this Pinot Noir reaches its plenitude in this place named “Les Damaudes”, surrounded by 1er crus and Grands Crus of Vosne-Romanée. The manual grape harvest in a vineyard of more than 40 years of age allows the winegrower to keep an important percentage of plain grapes for a long maceration. Then , an 18-month breeding in oak barrels will fix tannins.
In its youth, and until 5 years of age, it will appear as rather austere. But allow it to grow older, and you will be seduced for about 20 years.
Serve it on stewed or grilled game, on a “tournedos Rossini”, or with intense mature cheese, at a temperature of 16-18°C.
